The Home Office Success Coach®

Jeff Landers is a serial entrepreneur who has founded 5 businesses during the last 19 years. He is the founder and president of SmallBizRealty, Inc., which operates the innovative office space search engine, Offices2share.com. The nationwide site, now in its ninth successful year, helps home-based entrepreneurs move their business to the next level by helping them make easy, low-cost transitions to a “real” office.

His unique, nationwide Home Office From Hell™ contest, with its Grand Prize of 12 months of free rent in a “real” office and lunch with a nationally known business personality (In 2007 it was George Ross – Donald Trump’s right-hand man & former co-star of The Apprentice) has become such a big hit among home-based entrepreneurs that it is now an annual event.

In 2007 Jeff established Home Office Success, Inc. This company provides a wide range of educational and business products and services that have been developed with the single purpose of helping home-based entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

GetAVirtualAssistant.com, which enables entrepreneurs to hire a qualified assistant (anywhere in the U.S. and Canada) to handle their administrative tasks so that they can focus on the more important revenue producing aspects of their business, was the first of their new services.  GetAVirtualOffice.com is a worldwide online database of virtual office space. These virtual office spaces are perfect for home-based businesses that don't want or are not yet ready for a real office. Although a virtual office space is not a real office, it does allow you some of the perks of having one. For a small monthly fee, you can have a prestigious mailing address, including mail forwarding, telephone answering and part time or occasional use of a conference room or office for meetings with clients. Home Office Success, Inc. is also the owner of the Home Office From Hell™ contest and its related products and services.

As the founder of 5 start-up companies, Jeff knows what it takes to convert an idea into a real revenue producing business.  More importantly, he has learned that the only way to differentiate your business is to find a very narrow niche and dominate it.  When Jeff started his commercial real estate brokerage company, Landers Commercial Real Estate, in 1989, he not only focused on the office space niche, but he narrowed it down even further to only working with Japanese firms that needed office space.  Because Jeff’s company was the only company to focus 100% on Japanese office space deals (he actually turned other deals away), his company quickly became known throughout the United States and Japan as the premier expert.  The domination of this tiny niche was so effective that Landers Commercial Real Estate regularly beat out the largest real estate firms (some of whom were stock listed companies with thousands of employees) when it came to these Japanese deals.  As a result, Landers earned millions of dollars.

Jeff was a regular small business columnist for Inc.com and has written columns for the International Business Times. His writing has also appeared in the business section of the New York Post. He has also taught himself Japanese, ran several marathons, invented and patented an exercise machine. Jeff attended Columbia University at age 15.  He studied law at Pace University’s School of Law.
